Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Dear Traders/Investors, 5 Circles Pvt Ltd is committed to provide the best possible services to its customers. It will be our endeavor to resolve any issue within the stipulated timeframe of 30 days.

Level 1: Relationship Manager

If you have any complaint regarding services provided to you, kindly talk to your relationship manager. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can write an e-mail to us. To understand your complaint and provide you the best possible solution, our senior team member will call you within 2 working days (48 hours).

Level 2: Nodal Officer

If you are not satisfied with the response received from level 1, you can escalate the same issue to our Nodal Officer. The nodal officer will resolve the issue within 3 working days (72 hours).

Level 3: Director

We will make an endeavor that all your complaints are resolved either at level 1 or level 2, but if you are still not satisfied, you can email the Director, providing your previous escalation emails. Please note that emailing your complaint to all the levels at the same time will not be considered an escalated matter. We sincerely request you to escalate your complaint systematically from level 1 to level 3.
