Refund Policy

1. Scope of Services

• Trading account and demat account services.
• Investment advisory services (if registered as an Investment Adviser under SEBI).
• Research and analysis subscriptions.
• Portfolio management services (if applicable).
• Platform access and subscription fees.

2. Non-Refundable Services

As per industry norms and SEBI guidelines, the following are generally non-refundable:

• Transaction Fees: Brokerage fees, exchange fees, SEBI turnover fees, and other statutory charges.
• Account Opening Fees: One-time charges for opening accounts.
• Executed Services: Fees for services already rendered.
• Market Risks: Losses due to market fluctuations or investment decisions.

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service Non-Delivery: Pro-rata refund if we fail to provide a subscribed service.
• Overbilling: Refund for any excess amount charged due to technical error.
• Regulatory Cancellation: Pro-rata refund if a service is discontinued due to regulatory directives.

4. Refund Process

Submit a written request within 7 days. Our team will review it within 10 working days, and approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with market performance, failure to renew, or partial use of a service.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days' written notice before renewal. No refunds are issued for the current subscription period.

7. Dispute Resolution

If dissatisfied, you may escalate to our Grievance Redressal Officer, file a complaint on SEBI’s SCORES platform, or use the SMART ODR portal.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website, and significant updates will be communicated.
