Investor Grievance
Dear Traders/Investors,
5 Circles Pvt Ltd is committed to provide the best possible services to its customers, however, if there are any complaints, suggestions or grievances, we request you to follow grievance redressal mechanism as appended below, it will be our endeavor to resolve the issue within the stipulated timeframe of 30 days;
Level 1:
If you have any complaint regarding services provided to you, kindly talk to the relationship manager (Contact No. - ), the RM will resolve the issue/problems faced by you. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can write an e-mail at ------------. To understand your complaint and provide you the best possible solution, our senior team member will call you within 2 working days (48 hours).
Level 2:
If you are not satisfied with the response received from level 1, you can escalate the same issue to our Nodal Officer (Contact No. - ) The nodal officer will resolve the issue within 3 working days (72 hours).
Level 3:
We will make an endeavor that all your complaints are resolved either at level 1 or level 2, but after escalation if you are still not satisfied with the solution, you can email (Email ID:- ) to the Director providing him your previous escalation emails, marking all the copies of replies from Level-1 and Level-2.
Please note that emailing your complain to all the levels at the same time will not be considered as escalated matter. So it’s our sincere request to escalate your complaint from level 1 to level 3 systematically.
